About the Role
Location: Bristol
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full Time
To assume overall accountability for achieving annualised company targets whilst adhering to company strategy and procedures.
To provide a safe working environment and the provision of a well maintained vehicle fleet.
Principle Accountabilities
To liaise with clients, establishing their vehicle requirements and delivering great service. To operate within established KPI’s, budgets & compliance criteria. To promote & monitor a safe working environment. To manage the day to day operations of the rental and contract fleet. To achieve depot revenue targets in line with company budget. To visit both existing and potential customers maximising rental opportunities. To manage driver resource on a daily basis including all legal requirements. To minimise the Vehicle off-road time for all vehicles through Daily EDJ monitoring. Adherence to O Licence regulations. To provide out of hours assistance on rota basis. To oversee operation of incident management.
