Jade Sheppard is a commercially driven HR consultant who partners with growing and complex businesses to deliver practical, people-focused solutions that support performance, compliance, and sustainable growth. With a background spanning senior HR leadership and operational management, she brings a rare blend of strategic insight and real-world commercial understanding.

She has operated at HR Business Partner level, working closely with Boards and Regional Directors to shape and deliver people strategy during periods of rapid change. Her expertise includes organisational design, TUPE, redundancy programmes, remuneration reviews, policy development, and complex employee relations, including ACAS and Employment Tribunal matters. She has also led and developed multi-disciplinary HR teams supporting large, multi-site workforces.

A specialist in onboarding, engagement, and retention, she has successfully designed and implemented consistent induction and manager capability frameworks across national operations, improving colleague experience, leadership effectiveness, and early retention.

Her earlier career in senior operational management provides a strong commercial foundation. As a Branch Manager, she held full accountability for budgets, people, and performance, delivering measurable improvements through effective leadership, change management, and engagement. This operational experience enables her to provide pragmatic, credible HR advice that resonates with leaders and delivers tangible results.

Through her consultancy, she offers trusted, straight-talking HR support tailored to each business, helping leaders navigate complexity, build capable teams, and create strong, compliant people practices that enable long-term success.

Jade is proud to serve as a School Governor at Coxheath Primary School, supporting the leadership team in delivering the best possible outcomes for pupils. She is passionate about giving back to the local community and firmly believes that strong schools are at the heart of thriving communities. In her role as Governor, she contributes at a strategic level while championing opportunities that help every child feel supported and succeed.
